     Key Shift Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability will not exceed the      amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Termination

    • By Client: You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to KeyShift Media. You will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to        the termination date.

     • By Key Shift Media: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if you breach any of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services      constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
